Early in the project, the Constellation scope was handed over to them, while only partially through the planning process, and they took the scope and owned it. Prior to execution, they dealt with multiple instances of the goalposts and project timelines moving, and still kept their offshore team prepped. The offshore leads were instrumental in successfully bringing Constellation across the first-oil finish line. There were multiple instances I know of where Clay, Kenny, and Dusty caught significant issues, and they were addressed before systems were energized. Commissioning and startup was safe, successful, and within the project timeline for both the BGC and Constellations phases of the project.
